Why adults need to learn to jump and play in mud puddles?

At 1530 Hrs on 10.10.20 , I was sitting in the small balcony of mine to enjoy hot coffee. The climate was warm even though it was raining outside with pouring dark clouds. It was more of a feeling that you get of summer evening with more humidity. A lot of thoughts were going in my mind while a soothing breeze touching my legs and nerve calming coffee goes down into my guts. Suddenly, i saw this kid running on the road that is just right side of my building. He just stopped at a speed breaker and looked around him for anybody watching him. Once confirmed that there were no witnesses, he just jumps, splashes water around ,acts liked swimming in a mud puddle around the speed breaker. I don't remember doing the same but i felt the feeling of doing so. I got this smile on my face that just whooshed all my troubling thoughts for a moment. I remembered first time riding bicycle without using my hands and I realized few things.

We are innate explorers. we dwell into the things with the strong excitement of knowing and more importantly having fun of participating in the act. Mud puddle represents the unknown experience you like to explore .The boy looking around suggests the inhibitions felt in exploring in a new thing. we do have the same just like responsibilities, priorities and all the baggage you picked up as an adult. we all stop jumping in mud puddles as we grow because of the shame and at the same time we stop exploring too. I feel, we need to jump more often in the mud puddles in real life boldly in order to burgeon. Start doing things excites you same as jumping in the mud puddle without inhibitions. I completed my coffee with a profound answer to my troubles. I just need to pick my mud puddle so do you.
